Chronic Illness Support Group
A welcoming space for people living with chronic illness to share experiences, coping strategies, and mutual support.

Cancer Support Group
Support for people affected by cancer – patients, survivors, and family members – in a compassionate environment.

Caregiver Support Circle
A space for family caregivers to connect, share the challenges of caregiving, and find support and resources.

Grief & Loss Support
Supportive environment for those experiencing grief, whether from death, relationship loss, or life transitions.

Free Income Tax Clinic
Available February - April
Our volunteer income tax clinic helps low-income individuals and families file their taxes for free, ensuring access to important benefits and credits.
Who Can Use This Service:
- •Modest income (eligibility guidelines apply)
- •Simple tax situations
- •Seniors, students, new immigrants
- •People with disabilities
What to Bring:
- •Previous year's tax return
- •All income slips (T4, T5, etc.)
- •Photo ID
- •Social Insurance Number
- •Receipts for credits/deductions
Clinic Schedule: Appointments available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, February through April. Booking opens mid-January.
Tax clinic volunteers are trained by the Canada Revenue Agency through the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP).
