Our youth programs focus on supporting young people (approximately ages 13-19) and their families through challenging times. We provide advocacy, system navigation, goal-setting support, and connection to resources.
Our Youth Services
Youth Outreach & Support
One-on-one support for youth facing challenges related to family, school, housing, mental health, or life transitions.

Family Systems Navigation
Helping youth and families access and navigate services including education, health, housing, and social supports.

Youth Advocacy
Standing alongside youth to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met within various systems.

- Referrals to specialized advocates when needed
Goal-Setting & Life Skills
Working with youth to identify goals and develop skills for independent living and personal growth.
