Our Family Resource Centre provides a welcoming space for parents, caregivers, and children (0-5 years) to connect, play, and learn together. All programs emphasize support, education, and building community connections.

Drop-in and registered playgroups offering a safe, engaging environment for children to play and socialize while parents connect with others.

Baby Groups
Supportive groups for new parents and caregivers with babies under 12 months, focusing on connection, learning, and mutual support.

Parenting Education & Workshops
Evidence-based parenting programs and workshops covering child development, positive discipline, and family wellness.

One-to-one support for families needing additional help navigating systems, accessing resources, or addressing family challenges.

- Family mediation when needed
Health & Safety Guidelines
- Please keep sick children at home (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious illness)
- Children must be supervised by their parent/caregiver at all times
- Healthy snacks provided; please inform us of any allergies
- We maintain a nut-free environment
- Regular cleaning and sanitization protocols in place
